Include your device model, app version, a short description, and your ClearTok User ID from Settings if available. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private information.

Please do not send your TikTok password, session cookies, or authentication tokens.

Account and privacy help

To delete your ClearTok account, open Settings → Data → Delete ClearTok account. You have 24 hours to cancel before permanent deletion is scheduled.
